Jesse graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2017 with a degree in Film Production Management. After a little trial and error after graduating, he stumbled into the self-storage industry and hasn’t left since. Jesse started with USG in 2019. In 2020, he was certified through USG to be a Trainer and a STAR. This qualified him to not only train newly hired managers in daily operations but also made him available to send nationwide to any USG operated stores in case of emergency or to prepare newly operated stores. He also went through the Self Storage Association’s Certified Self Storage Manager (CSSM) program in 2021. Jesse is now an Area Manager with USG, responsible for overseeing facilities in GA and TN. He hopes to continue to build his knowledge and skills alongside the best in the industry for years to come.
