Magda started off in the 80’s as an Owner and Partner in a Dry Cleaners where she was the Manager (of a staff of 20 people) and took care of all Accounting and HR responsibilities. After selling the Dry Cleaners her love with real estate and development became very apparent and her passion for Accounting exceeded. Magda worked directly with the CEO & CFO on the development of two large sub-divisions (Wildewood for 12 years then Lake Carolina for 10 years). Magda’s experience is in Job Cost Accounting, Funding on Construction Loans, Workman’s Compensation Audit’s, Profit and Loss Statements, Financial and Cash Flow Statements and all accounting areas to include Reconciliations, Accounts Payable and Account Receivables. She is excellent with time management and organizational skills, which is necessary in USGs fast-paced multi-client environment.
