Before joining the Universal family, Meriam was an Apartment Manager in Jacksonville, FL. In her current role at USG, Meriam oversees all the auction procedures for all the facilities in all states of the USG portfolio. With more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of the daily operations of the stores from being a property manager at the start of her storage career, to her current position as Auction Coordinator, Meriam is an integral part of USG’s lien law compliance and auction processing, and is a member of the administrative team. Meriam also serves on USG’s STARS Team where she conducts facility audits and provides coverage for special needs and projects.
