Prior to Universal, Sharon worked in the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal field for 22 years, beginning as an Administrator then becoming a Registered Appraiser. Sharon also worked as Circulation Supervisor of the Mars Hill University library while taking classes for a degree in Psychology. She came to work for Universal in 2011 as a facility manager and also worked as a rotating relief manager before becoming a Certified Trainer and a member of the STARS team responsible for start-ups, takeovers, and active response solutions.
